We are seeking a “Production Manager” for our “Burbank, CA facility.”
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage projects through operations and achieve customer delivery requirements.
• Review and understand project requirements.
• Report and manage actual service costs to ensure costs do not exceed project budget.
• Follow standardized policies and procedures to ensure costs to do not exceed project budget.
• Follow resource conflict escalation policies and procedures.
• Facilitate resource conflict resolution, by:
a) Coordinating with other Production Managers
b) Coordinating with Operations Management
c) Coordinating with Service Management
d) Escalating as required to the Director of Production Management.
• Propose the use of outside production services.
• Monitor work-in-progress and service back-logs and escalate anticipated future capacity constraints.
• Evaluate and report metrics to include:
a) On-time service completion rates
b) Outside services and overtime requirements
Job Qualifications:
• A four year degree preferred. Certifications a plus.
• Industry experience including but not limited to asset management and production scheduling; employee training and development
• A minimum of 3 years prior production scheduling experience,
• Experience organizing and managing multiple priorities.
• Proven experience of problem analysis and problem resolution at a functional level
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Strong team player.
• Has commitment to company values.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment; computer proficiency.
Educational/Technical Requirements:
• A four year degree preferred. Certification a plus
• Xytech working knowledge preferred.
